Important System Upgrade Notice:

To improve system performance, reliability, and overall user experience, the Court is migrating its Traffic Case Management System from C-Track to Tyler’s Enterprise Justice.
As part of this transition, the Court will temporarily suspend online traffic payment services beginning June 30, 2026, at 3:00 PM.  Services will resume on July 13, 2026, at 7:00 AM once the migration has been successfully completed.  Members of the public may pay in person during this period or may request a two-week extension by calling (925) 608-1000 and following the prompts for Traffic.
C-Track will cease operations on Friday July 10, 2026, at 12:00 P.M.   Enterprise Justice will also be down from Friday, July 10, 2026, at 5:00 P.M. through Monday, July 13, 2026, at 7:00 A.M.   During this period, both C-Track and Enterprise Justice will be unavailable.   Beginning Monday, July 13, 2026, Enterprise Justice will become the Court's official Traffic Case Management System.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we transition to the Enterprise Justice platform and continue enhancing services for our users.

ADA Information

To request a postponement or an excuse from jury service, please contact the Juror Service Center.

It is the policy of the Superior Court of California, County of Contra Costa, to ensure that persons with disabilities have equal and full access to the judicial system.  Requests for accommodation are processed in accordance with California Rules of Court, rule 1.100.

Requests for accommodation:

  • must include a case number (if available)

  • must include dates(s), time(s), and the court location

  • must include a description of the accommodation sought, along with a statement of the medical condition and the functional limitations that necessitate the requested accommodation
  • must be made as far in advance as possible, and made no fewer than 5 court days before the requested implementation date
  • must be made before each particular matter or appearance

Other Helpful Information

Any lawyer, party, witness, juror, or other person with an interest in attending any proceeding before the Court.

The Court must keep confidential all information of the applicant concerning the request for accommodation, unless confidentiality is waived in writing by the applicant or disclosure is required by law. The applicant's identity and confidential information may not be disclosed to the public or to persons other than those involved in the accommodation process.  Limited exceptions to this rule may apply.  For example, if a continuance of a hearing or trial is requested as an accommodation, it may be necessary to give the opposing party notice of the request.  See Vesco v. The Superior Court of Ventura County (2013) 221 Cal.App.4th 275.

Accommodations may include making reasonable modifications in policies, practices, and procedures; furnishing, at no charge, to persons with disabilities, auxiliary aids and services, equipment, devices, materials in alternative formats, readers, or certified interpreters for persons who are deaf or hard-of-hearing; relocating services or programs to accessible facilities; or providing services at alternative sites.
