Request for Proposals

The Financial Services Division of the Court is pleased to announce a partnership with Bidnet Direct, an electronic bidding notification and procurement system. The Court advertises Request for Proposals (RFPs) and other competitive solicitations for goods and services on the Bidnet Direct Electronic Bidding System. Vendors can view bids and submit their offers and proposals electronically using this System.

There is no charge to vendors to use the Bidnet Direct Electronic Bidding System, but vendors will need to register here or through the Bidnet Direct website or contact the Bidnet Direct support team at 1-800-835-4603. Should vendors have any questions or require additional information on a competitive solicitation, they may contact the Financial Services Division at 925-608-2121.

The Court simultaneously advertises RFPs on California State Contract Register (CSCR), which currently uses FI$CAL technology https://fiscal.ca.gov/access-fiscal/.
