Court Hours

The courthouse buildings open at 8:00 AM and close at 5:00 PM

Court clerk's office windows open at 8:00 AM and close at 4:00 PM.

Please Note:
 

  • Court phones are answered 8:00 AM until 3:00 PM. 
  • Court Records (Wakefield Taylor Courthouse, 725 Court Street, Room 103, Martinez, CA 94553) is open between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM Monday through Friday.
  • Drop boxes: Any document deposited in the court drop box between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM will be deemed filed on that same day.

  • The Law Library in Martinez is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
