Entrance/Security

Everyone entering the Spinetta Center must go through a security check to help make sure that everyone in the building is safe at all times.

Family Law Facilitator Services

Persons who do not have a lawyer to represent them in Court may wish to seek the assistance of a Family Law Facilitator. The Family Law Facilitator’s Office is not offering in-person services at the courthouse at this time. For more information on how to contact the Family Law Facilitator’s Office, click here: Family Law Facilitator’s Page.

Domestic Violence Restraining Order & Ex Parte Window

The Domestic Violence Restraining Order Window in the Spinetta Center is available for people who prefer to submit paper copies of their Domestic Violence Restraining Order forms and for persons seeking other emergency orders. However, requests for domestic violence restraining orders may also be filed via the Court's E-Filing portal. DVRO paperwork filed via E-Filing will have a copy returned through the E-Filing portal. However, certified copies will still need to be picked up at the applicable Courthouse.

Mediation and Investigation Windows

The Mediations and Investigations windows are at the rear of the lobby in the Spinetta Center. These windows are used to check in for appointments with mediators and Child Custody Recommending Counselors.

Filing Windows

The Family Law filing counter is located just inside the building, on the left. Family Law staff accepts all filings in family law cases except requests for Temporary Emergency Orders and Domestic Violence Restraining Order papers. The filing windows also accept payment of family law filing fees. Clerk windows open to the public at 8:00 AM and close at 4:00 PM.
